Subprocessors
Keywindow currently uses the following providers to deliver the beta.
Render
Application hosting, persistent database storage, network delivery and platform logs. Hosting region is configured in Frankfurt.
Resend
Transactional email delivery when email notifications are enabled.
Samsung SmartThings
Authentication, device discovery, lock status, lock-code commands and device event history. SmartThings is also an independent service you choose to connect.
Future payment provider
No payment provider receives beta-user data today. We expect to use Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal before paid plans begin. We will update this page before sending data to Stripe.
