Connect your SmartThings account to put codes on your locks. Lock Chimp never unlocks the door.
Add the lock using SmartThings. If Samsung asks to open an app you do not have, install SmartThings, then try again.
Tip: once you're in, set up an 8-digit backup code in case there's ever a problem with a guest's code.
If sign-in fails in the installed app, open lockchimp.com in Chrome or Edge instead.

Calendar / Stays
Upcoming bookings and blocked dates from your calendar. If blocked dates are really a booking from elsewhere (for example Sykes) or your own stay, turn them into a Lock Chimp stay. Dismissing a reminder stops the emails but keeps the dates listed.
Event history
Keypad unlocks show the name on the code that was used.
Choose locks
Tick every door Lock Chimp should manage. Any SmartThings lock that stores PIN codes works, and a code can go on more than one lock.

An 8-digit code Lock Chimp keeps on the lock, in case a guest code doesn't arrive and the hub is offline at check-in. Turn it on for each lock below. If you need it, reveal it here and give it to your guest yourself. Keep a physical key too.
